Hello, I'm Renée!

I am a qigong and yoga teacher, and a yoga therapist. My classes are a blend of qigong and yoga, focusing on the breath, gentle flowing movement and mindfulness.

I practise, learn and share the joys of qigong and yoga to promote ease, flow and balance. A regular qigong and yoga practice promotes mental, physical and emotional wellness, and provides much needed calm and serenity in our days.
